Summary: "Great Resource"

I just loved sitting down to read this cookbook. It's a great resource for healthful, whole food eating. The indexes make it super easy to use.
The only thing it's lacking are pictures, but the website does give some great images.

Summary: "Excellent cookbook"

I've been very pleased with this cookbook. Everything I've made so far has tasted great. The recipes are easy to follow and pretty simple for how good everything is. I only took one star away because, like other reviewers, I would have liked to have the nutrition info for each recipe. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Summary: "I have finally found a cookbook that I can use!"

I was a little skepticle when I ordered this cookbook because I wasnt sure I would like any of the recipes and I was sure they would be difficult to make. I could not have been more wrong. I am so thrilled with all the great looking recipes. This book not only has good recipes but is also packed with helpful information. I can't wait to get cooking!

Summary: "GFCF in AZ"

This is my very favorite cookbook! Every recipe I have tried has come out absolutely delicious! I love that the recipes are not just allergen-free versions of common recipes, but most of them are totally new dishes. The recipes are easy to follow. They are also healthy! We have been GFCF for over a year now, so the ingredients called for are things I now keep in my kitchen. I would recommend this book to anyone with food sensitivities. I should also add that the information about food allergies is excellent! It is very easy to understand and covers the topic thoroughly without being too detailed.

Summary: "Best GF CF Egg Free recipes!"

I love this cookbook for my kids who have food allergies as well as for us who don't have allergies! Whichever recipe I try it ends up being excellent. For GF baking this is unusual at least for me as I tried so many recipes I found online but they were disaster.
I am also following the blog on their site and doing the elimination diet as per the cookbook!
I'm impressed!
